The Outline Your Manuscript Academy is a 4-week program for the Aspiring Author who is ready to complete the First-Draft Outline of her manuscript so that she can write her book with order and confidence. This academy is designed for women who are ready to tell their story or testimony and knows which part of her story she is ready to write but needs the accountability and direction on where to start.
We want to help you put your first words on paper. Together, we will work by:
- Organizing your thoughts and experiences to your first draft.
- Providing you guidance, clarity & momentum by helping you gain clear direction, structure, and focus of your story.
- Breaking down your book into doable actionable steps so you always have the next step.
WHEN DOES IT START?
The first cohort will start on January 5th, 2022 - January 26th, 2022. We will meet every Wednesday at 7:00 pm EST.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each week we will meet on Wednesday at 7:00 pm EST with a lesson, in-group activity, and homework. To keep you accountable, we ask that all homework is turned in prior to the next session. You will have your own personal portal to store all of your work and homework.
DOES THIS PROGRAM INCLUDE THE EDITING OF MY MANUSCRIPT?
No, this program only focuses on the first draft of your outline for your manuscript. After completing the program, if you choose, you will be able to move into our Diligent Author Package to have Journey Written ®️ continue to work with you and your book-writing & self-publishing experience.
IS IT GUARANTEED THAT I WILL COMPLETE MY FIRST DRAFT OUTLINE DURING THIS PROGRAM?
You have to be dedicated, committed, and focused in order to complete the first draft outline of your book within this timeframe.
